Generalist rotation supporting screening, basic modeling, and due diligence across private credit, real estate, and infrastructure. Hands-on exposure to the full investment process under close mentorship.

About the Role

You will rotate across strategies to support sourcing, screening, and evaluation of opportunities. The role includes building simple financial models, drafting investment notes, participating in diligence calls, and maintaining internal trackers.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct preliminary company and market research across target sectors
  • Assist in building and auditing simple three-statement and returns models
  • Prepare materials for investment committee and internal discussions
  • Support diligence workstreams: data requests, comps, and memo drafting
  • Track pipeline and portfolio KPIs using standardized templates
  • Join diligence meetings and portfolio reviews to observe how investment decisions are made
  • Help keep deal, model, and reporting files organized and easy to navigate

What We Look For

  • Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related
  • Strong analytical skills; basic Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Clear written and verbal communication; attention to detail
  • Comfort reading financial statements and working with numbers
  • Curiosity to learn across asset classes and work collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and ask questions early when stuck
  • Eligibility to work in the United States during the internship period

Nice to Have

  • Introductory knowledge of accounting and valuation
  • Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or BI dashboards)
  • Prior internship or project experience in investing, corporate finance, or consulting
  • Familiarity with research databases, public filings, or earnings-call transcripts
